Five Spicer Rudstrom attorneys, spanning its Tennessee offices, will present “Claims Legal Strategy” to various adjusters at Travelers Insurance in their Charlotte, N.C. office, on Wednesday, Jan. 20.
Clinton J. Woodfin, Knoxville office managing member; Kevin D. Bernstein, a member in the Memphis office; Richard E. Spicer, a member in the Nashville office; B. Thomas Hickey, Jr., a member in the Chattanooga office; and Robert J. Uhorchuk, a member in the Chattanooga office, are slated to discuss summary judgments in Tennessee, expert witnesses in Tennessee, and spoliation issues in litigated claims.
The course is hand-tailored for insurance claims personnel and adjusters who work on or assist claims that may end up in litigation, as well as those who investigate the claims and handle them after litigation is initiated.
The two-hour course has been approved for two continuing education credits by the North Carolina Insurance Continuing Education Program.
