Three attorneys in Spicer Rudstrom, PLLC’s Nashville office—Marc O. Dedman, Thomas J. Smith and Brent S. Usery—are lead defense counsel in the highly publicized Erin Andrews’s trial, which started this week. The team of attorneys is representing West End Hotel Partners and Windsor Capital Group, whom Andrews is suing for $75 million. The case is receiving national and local media attention.
