Spicer Rudstrom Welcomes U.S. Army Veteran John M. Fuchs to Knoxville Office

KNOXVILLE, Tenn. – January 26, 2026 – Spicer Rudstrom, PLLC is pleased to announce that John M. Fuchs has joined the firm as an associate attorney in its Knoxville office. He will focus his practice on civil litigation, insurance defense, and premises liability.

Originally from the greater New York area, John brings a unique background of military service and business acumen to his legal practice. He served as an Infantryman in the United States Army with the 1st Battalion, 14th Infantry Regiment (“Golden Dragons”), 25th Infantry Division, stationed at Schofield Barracks, Hawaii. During his distinguished military career, he completed two overseas deployments, gaining invaluable leadership and problem-solving skills.

After his military service, John settled in Tennessee in 2018. He pursued higher education at the University of Tennessee, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in 2021. His studies specialized in Finance with a collateral focus on Supply Chain Management.

Driven by a passion for the law, John obtained his Juris Doctor from Lincoln Memorial University–Duncan School of Law in 2025. While in law school, he gained significant hands-on experience in both civil and criminal litigation. This work on diverse cases allowed him to sharpen his advocacy skills and develop a deep understanding of courtroom dynamics, preparing him for his role at Spicer Rudstrom.
