Spicer Rudstrom attorney Courtney S. Paterson won a general sessions trial this week in Davidson County for a property damage lawsuit. Her clients were sued after an accident in December 2015. Following that suit, Courtney filed a counter-claim against the plaintiff for property damage to her client’s vehicle. At trial Wednesday, the judge dismissed the claim against her client and awarded all damages requested in the counter-claim.

Courtney, an associate in Spicer Rudstrom’s Nashville office, focuses her practice on automobile liability, insurance coverage litigation, insurance defense litigation, insurance subrogation, premises liability, products liability, and workers’ compensation. She is admitted to practice in all trial and appellate state courts in Tennessee, as well as the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Tennessee.
