Paradigm, the official publication of the International Society of Primerus Law Firms, included an article by Spicer Rudstrom attorney Lance W. Thompson in its Spring 2017 issue. “Using a Withdrawn Expert’s Opinions as an Authorized Admission” addresses how to use a statement from a withdrawn expert against the party. Lance, the lead research attorney for the firm, wrote the article with nationwide authority to help any lawyer faced with a trial involving expert witnesses.
