The Tennessee Jury Verdict Reporter in their June issue detailed a case in Federal Court – Knoxville where a motorcyclist suffered assorted injuries when she crashed as she passed through a mowing project on 1-75 – she blamed the mowing company for failing to properly mark the mowing project to warn oncoming traffic.
