Memphis attorney Kevin D. Bernstein is the newest member of Spicer Rudstrom’s Board of Directors, effective July 1, 2016. The three-year term began Friday, July 1, 2016.
Kevin’s practice areas include tort liability defense, including catastrophic personal cases, trucking and transportation cases, construction defect litigation, along with complex litigation, and workers’ compensation litigation. He is the Chair of the firm’s Construction, Construction Defect, and Real Estate Litigation practice. He has received an AV Preeminent rating from Martindale-Hubbell.
