Spicer Rudstrom, PLLC is pleased to welcome Amanda Blankenship as an associate in the Chattanooga, Tennessee office. She will focus her practice on Construction Law, Employment Law, Healthcare Liability, Insurance Coverage and Bad Faith, Insurance Defense Litigation, Premises Liability, Products Liability, Professional Liability, Property and Casualty, Real Estate and Title Insurance Law, Transportation and Wills and Probate.

Amanda graduated cum laude and a Highlander Scholar with a Bachelor of Science degree in criminal justice from Radford University in Virginia.  She received her J.D. from Appalachian School of Law. While in law school, she was awarded the faculty scholarship based on her academic achievements and served as both an associate editor and senior notes and comments editor with the law journal.

Amanda was a law clerk with Justice Law Office in Grundy, Virginia and interned with Buckingham Commonwealth’s Attorney. She also served as a Virginia Magistrate before obtaining her license to practice law in Tennessee.

When she has free time, Amanda enjoys adventures with her mixed breed dog, Maggie that she adopted from a shelter in her first year of law school. She also enjoys visiting her hometown in Virginia to spend time with her large family.
