Chattanooga attorney Nicholas C. Stevens represented a father in a child custody dispute case last week in Hamilton County and prevailed, obtaining full custody for his client. The mother had previously denied the father’s visitation efforts, but with Nick’s counsel, the court found it to be in the child’s best interest to be placed in the father’s custody.

Nick is an associate attorney whose practice includes automobile liability, business, and commercial litigation, insurance defense litigation, and family law. He is a member of the Bradley County Bar Association, Chattanooga Bar Association, and Tennessee Bar Association.
