Spicer Rudstrom, PLLC is pleased to announce the addition of Win Duncan as an attorney in their Nashville office. Win brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise, having graduated Cum Laude from the University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law in 2022. His academic journey began with a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville in 2019.
A native of Memphis, Win honed his legal skills through distinguished internships, including working with the Honorable Mark Norris in the District Court for the Western District of Tennessee and serving in FedEx Express’ Employment Litigation Group. He also contributed as a student member at the University of Memphis School of Law Neighborhood Preservation Clinic.
Before joining Spicer Rudstrom, Win gained valuable experience as a plaintiff’s personal injury attorney in Memphis. He now brings his experience to Spicer Rudstrom Nashville, focusing on general liability defense, with a particular emphasis on premises, auto, and commercial liability. Win is dedicated to employing a strategic and tactical approach to meet and exceed client objectives, making him a valuable asset to the firm.
