A judge in Union County, Arkansas granted motions to dismiss in 10 cases that W. Howard Mowery represented. His client, A.O. Smith Corporation, was named in asbestos cases by 50 plaintiffs. Howard asked for the motions based on the plaintiffs’ counsel’s failure to timely prosecute the cases. Furthermore, he received official word that these cases were being dismissed earlier this week.

As a former police officer, he has a passion for fighting for justice for others. He is a trial lawyer and mediator whose practice includes the representation of individuals and businesses in civil litigation.
