Spicer Rudstrom’s Gary M. Kellar has been appointed as a member of the Nashville Bar Association’s Chancery/Circuit Court Committee, which works to develop a set of standard discovery requests for car wreck cases that has the approval of the committee and local judges. With such approval, the goal of this standardization is to decrease the chances of an opposing party filing an objection.

Gary, a member of the firm’s Nashville office, is a trial lawyer and adviser to insurance clients. His practice is concentrated primarily in insurance defense and trucking/transportation litigation. He holds a Doctorate of Jurisprudence from the University of Tennessee College of Law.
