Markham was included in the Business Litigation category, while Stephen A. Hester was included for Litigation. Amy is a pro-business experienced litigator focused on workers’ compensation, construction defect, and catastrophic personal injury cases. Also, she is the managing member of Spicer Rudstrom’s Little Rock office, which she assisted in opening in 2011. She has found a niche practice representing insurance companies—and their insureds—in matters ranging into millions of dollars.
Stephen is an award-winning attorney with a focus on civil litigation, banking litigation, collections, and business transactions. He has successfully represented a variety of individuals and businesses and has significant experience with bankruptcy matters, complex class action litigation, securities litigation, shareholder derivative lawsuits, director and officer liability, construction defects, and more. Furthermore, he currently serves as one of two state delegates from the Arkansas Bar Association to the American Bar Association’s House of Delegates. Also, Stephen has an AV Preeminent rating from Martindale-Hubbell.
