Congratulations are in order to Rob Uhorchuk, a partner in our Chattanooga office, who was recently selected as a member of the Claims and Litigation Management (CLM) Alliance. CLM members are outside defense counsels who receive recommendations for membership by claims professionals or fellows of CLM. Once recommended, all nominees undergo an evaluation by the CLM’s Advisory Board. Those chosen for membership have proven to adhere to the highest ethical standards of integrity, accomplishment in the profession of law, and adherence to CLM’s canons and ethical considerations, and disciplinary rules of The Model Code of Professional Conduct.

CLM, founded in 2007, is the only national organization created to meet the needs of professionals and thought leaders in the claims and litigation management industries. An inclusive, collaborative organization, it promotes and furthers the highest standards of both industries. It currently has more than 30,000 members and fellows.

Rob has more than 20 years of experience as a trial lawyer. His practice areas include tort liability defense to include catastrophic injury cases, trucking and transportation, construction defect litigation, workers’ compensation, and automobile injury.
