While there is no specific length of time on a case, a close average will be 18 months to two years. Some matters resolve in a week; others can last longer dependent on when a Court sets a trial.
Who will work on my case?

You will be contacted by the lawyer working on your case. Our offices have many attorneys, and from time to time the skills of other lawyers will be added to get you the best result, staff members will also assist with administrative tasks.

What are the chances we can settle instead of going to court?
While we always prepare as if a case will go to court, approximately 85-90% of cases settle without a full trial.
How much will this cost?
Costs vary based on the complexity of the case. We prepare budgets for your case based on prior experience which provide solid estimations regarding fees and expenses.
My case involves technical and industry-specific issues. How do you handle that type of case?
We regularly work with outside experts including engineers, medical doctors, economists, and appraisers. We choose the right specialist(s) to present the strongest evidence for your case.
What if the case doesn’t go the way we want?
We do have lawyers who handle appeals to the next level above the Trial Court.
