Reed R. Edwards is Of Counsel in Spicer Rudstrom’s Little Rock office, where he practices insurance defense litigation, construction law, premises liability, products liability, corporate and business litigation, and insurance coverage.

A graduate of the Bowen School of Law at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, Reed honed his skills in research, legal writing, and zealous client advocacy. While in law school, he served as a member of the University of Arkansas at Little Rock Law Review. Reed was also one of six members of his class selected to compete in the N.I.T.A National Trial Advocacy Competition.

Following graduation from law school, Reed enjoyed a diverse legal practice, including federal judicial clerkships for two United States District Judges, private practice as a litigation associate with one of the leading full-service law firms in the state, as well as a rewarding position as Litigation Counsel for the largest public employee retirement system in Arkansas.

Prior to joining Spicer Rudstrom, Reed operated a solo practice for a number of years, where he handled a wide variety of business and commercial matters, including Internet software and technology-related transactions. Reed also maintained a litigation practice, which included business and commercial matters, complex estate and trust litigation, and insurance coverage disputes.
