Jon Tidwell represents the interests of individuals and businesses in complex litigation throughout Tennessee. Practicing primarily in the areas of personal injury, insurance coverage disputes and contractual liability, Jon has secured remarkably favorable resolutions for his clients in the state and federal courts and at the appellate level.

Before pursuing his law degree, Jon earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration and finance from the University of Mississippi. During law school, Jon participated in multiple trial and appellate competitions across the country, and completed internships with the Mississippi Attorney General’s Office and Hinds County Mississippi Public Defender’s Office.

Jon began his career focusing on criminal defense and plaintiff-oriented civil practice, with an emphasis on personal injury and health care liability. Before joining Spicer Rudstrom, Jon also spent several years with a mid-size litigation firm in Memphis, where he honed his skills as a trial attorney handling a broad range of complex matters involving the defense of insured clients, trucking liability, construction litigation, and plaintiff personal injury. At Spicer Rudstrom’s Memphis office, Jon works tirelessly to bring resolution to the firm’s clients.
