Carlos Bibbs is a dedicated and purpose-driven attorney based in the Memphis office, bringing over 25 years of experience as a litigator, educator, and advocate for diverse populations. His practice areas include business and commercial law, civil litigation, insurance, real estate, domestic law, and government.

Carlos is known for his analytical prowess and results-oriented approach, excelling in collaboration with stakeholders and bridging ideological divides to achieve favorable legislative outcomes. He has substantial leadership experience in public health, advocacy, social justice, and racial equity, particularly in supporting at-risk individuals.

In addition, Carlos is adept at engaging corporate and community stakeholders and donors, volunteering to drive strategic initiatives, maintaining board engagement, and fostering a dynamic team committed to impactful program delivery.

Before joining SR, Carlos served as the Chief Administrative Officer for the Shelby County Government’s Circuit Court Clerk’s Office. He was also the Senior Assistant City Attorney for the City of Memphis and managed hundreds of cases for various clients in his private practice for over a decade.

Carlos is a Fellow of the Memphis Bar Foundation and a member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Sigma Rho Chapter, where he cultivates leaders, promotes brotherhood, and champions academic excellence while advocating for African American college students and communities through service and support.
