Associate, Nashville Office
Win Duncan graduated from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in History in 2019. Win moved back to his hometown of Memphis to attend law school at the University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law. While there, he was selected as an Associate Justice of the Moot Court Board and was a member of the school’s National Appellate Advocacy Team before graduating Cum Laude in 2022.
While in law school, Win worked as an intern for the Honorable Mark Norris in the District Court for the Western District of Tennessee, was an intern in FedEx Express’ Employment Litigation Group, and a student member of the University of Memphis School of Law Neighborhood Preservation Clinic. After graduation, Win worked for two years as a plaintiff’s personal injury attorney at Nahon, Saharovich & Trotz in Memphis before moving to Nashville to join Spicer Rudstrom.
Win’s practice includes insurance defense, specifically in the areas of premises, auto, and commercial liability. During his practice, Win enjoys implementing a strategic and tactical mindset to understand and accomplish client objectives.
Outside of the legal community, Win enjoys cheering on the Tennessee Volunteers and Memphis Tigers athletic teams and taking advantage of the fine cultural opportunities in Nashville. He is also a member of the Memphis University School Emerging Leaders Program Executive Board.
