Born in Asheville, NC, and raised in Sevier County,Tennessee, Kelsey Reilly has always had a deep connection to the Appalachian region. Growing up, she was an avid athlete, earning two state championships with her soccer team and later playing rugby while attending the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. During college, she also worked in the athletics department, further fueling her passion for teamwork and dedication.

Kelsey’s commitment to the Appalachian community inspired her to attend Lincoln Memorial University’s Duncan School of Law, which focuses on serving rural Appalachia. After graduation, she has dedicated her career to helping neighbors and strengthening the community she cherishes.

Kelsey is an active member of several local bar associations and serves on the Peninsula Probable Cause Commitment Hearing Defense Attorney Panel, a role she’s held since August 2024, participating in hearings 1-2 times per month. Additionally, she hosts a pro bono will clinic annually for local officers, benefiting over 40 officers and their spouses last year alone.

When not serving clients, she enjoys traveling, spending time with her husband, and doting on their adorable dog. Kelsey’s life revolves around giving back and making a positive impact in the lives of those around her. Serving others isn’t just her profession—it’s her passion.
