Brennan Liddle is a dedicated attorney who focuses her practice primarily on workers’ compensation, along with general litigation defense matters involving insurance, personal injury, and premises liability. Licensed to practice law in both Tennessee and Arkansas, Brennan brings a uniquely diverse legal background to the firm and her clients.

Brennan earned her Bachelor’s degree in Criminology from Mississippi State University, where she made it a personal mission to attend as many different sporting events as possible. She went on to earn her J.D. and a certificate in Health Law from the University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law. Her strong commitment to helping others earned her the Memphis Bar Foundation’s Irvin Bogatin Social Justice and Service Award.

Her legal career features a wide range of valuable experience. During law school, Brennan clerked for an insurance defense firm, building a solid foundation in litigation. After graduation, she entered the public interest sector, where she represented low-income residents of Arkansas and Tennessee in various civil legal matters. Prior to her current role, she served as a Medical-Legal Partnership Attorney. In that position, she advocated for patients of Le Bonheur Children’s Hospital and their families, guiding them through complex civil issues such as guardianships, conservatorships, divorces, custody arrangements, and special education needs.

Professionally, Brennan maintains a deep interest in anything that involves the overlap of healthcare and the law. Outside the office, she enjoys an active personal life. She loves traveling, cooking, cheering on Mississippi State sports, camping, playing tennis, and antiquing with her husband.
