Kevin Bernstein serves as a Member of Spicer Rudstrom’s Board of Directors and is the Managing Member of the firm’s Memphis and Little Rock offices. He brings 27 years’ experience across a range of practice areas, including catastrophic personal injury, premises liability, product liability, transportation, construction, and complex litigation. Kevin successfully completed the required course of study to become a Tennessee Rule 31 Listed Mediator. This accomplishment is a testament to his dedication to fostering resolution and collaboration in legal disputes.

Kevin’s dedication to legal excellence has earned him the AV Preeminent rating from Martindale-Hubbell, recognition by Super Lawyers for over five years, and inclusion in Best Lawyers in America.

Outside the office, Kevin enjoys time with his wife, Dana and his two sons—Ben, a high school sophomore and Eli, recently graduated from college and working! He attends the theater with Dana often in the cast and is available for the occasional poker game, should one arise.
