Brian S. Duffy is Of Counsel in Spicer Rudstrom’s Nashville office, where he concentrates his practice in civil litigation defense. He brings extensive experience in civil litigation, products liability, insurance defense, tort liability and civil rights litigation. He has an AV-Preeminent rating from Martindale-Hubbell.

Immediately prior to joining Spicer Rudstrom, Brian was a partner at McConnaughhay, Duffy, Coonrod, Pope, Weaver, Stern & Thomas PA in Tallahassee, Florida.

Brian earned a J.D. degree with honors and a bachelor’s degree in Engineering Science, both from Florida State University.
