Stephen Hester brings over 25 years of experience to his work as an award-winning attorney. His practice spans a broad range of areas, including Insurance, Business and Commercial, Corporate and Business Litigation, and Construction. As a seasoned litigator, Stephen has successfully represented individuals and businesses of every kind, from banks and manufacturers to hospitals and nursing homes. He has also defended architects, engineers, and fellow attorneys in malpractice litigation, drawing on a steady, detail-focused approach to protect his clients’ interests.
Stephen’s commitment extends well beyond the courtroom. He has served as a Delegate to the American Bar Association’s House of Delegates, the policy-making body for the organization, contributing his perspective to issues that shape the profession.

Stephen graduated cum laude from Rhodes College in Memphis, Tennessee, where he served as President of the College’s Honor Council, President of the Alpha Tau Omega Fraternity, and President of the Phi Alpha Theta History Honorary Society. He went on to earn his J.D. from the University of Tennessee College of Law, where he served on the Moot Court Board and as an officer of the Phi Alpha Delta legal fraternity.
