Clint J. Woodfin is the Managing Partner of Spicer Rudstrom, Managing Partner of the firm’s Knoxville office, and a Member of the firm’s Board of Directors. He graduated from James Madison University with a Bachelor of Science degree in 1990 and the University of Tennessee College of Law in 1993. He is a member of the Hamilton Burnett Inns of Court and has obtained an AV-Preeminent Rating from Martindale-Hubbell. Clint has been selected every year to Mid-South Super Lawyers® since 2018. He has also been listed every year by The Best Lawyers in America® since 2022.

Clint is admitted to practice in all courts in Tennessee and in the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. During his years of practice, he has represented major corporations, insurance carriers, local businesses, and individuals in all phases of litigation. His specific areas of practice include automobile liability, insurance, coverage and bad Faith, third Party and first party, extra contractual, property and casualty, subrogation, premises liability, civil litigation, defective products, workers’ compensation, niche Markets, retail and hospitality. He is passionate about leadership, mentorship, and advocating for those who need a voice.

Outside of work, Clint enjoys many activities with his family, including hiking, and traveling. He volunteers for many local non-profits and community events. He is a proud 2010 graduate of Leadership Blount County and serves on the board.
