The Tennessee Bar Association’s Young Lawyer Division Diversity Committee has selected the 2023 Diversity Leadership Institute class. This year’s participants represent all six law schools in the state of Tennessee. We congratulate Spicer Rudstrom’s Kianna Cooper, representing Nashville School of Law. Kianna is a Legal Administrative Assistant in the Nashville office.
Class members will embark on a six month leadership and mentoring program designed to develop skills to succeed as a law student and attorney, empower students to contribute more to the legal community, match students to mentors in a diverse variety of practice areas and build relationships among students of diverse backgrounds.
